Give blood and save a life! This Sunday we are giving you another opportunity to donate blood at the church. Make a real difference in someone's life. Sunday, June 16, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
The The Mustard Seed of Central IN helps the homeless by providing furniture and basic items once they are in homes. They are in need of the following kitchen items: Dinner plates Salad Plates Soup Bowls Drinking glasses Coffee cups/mugs Forks Knives Spoons Kitchen Towels Dishcloths Potholders Bath towels Queen sheets Full sheets Washcloths Hand towels You may leave them in a bin in the fellowship hall and they will be picked up and taken to the Mustard Seed.

Our mission focus this month is East Tenth United Methodist Children & Youth Center, Inc. They provide quality care and education regardless of a parent’s ability to pay on the near east side. The Current was special and beautiful today! We had two baptisms (one a Grandpa baptizing his Grandson), we welcomed our newest confirmation class and we said thank you to the Vance family and who are beginning a new journey in their calling at a new church. We learned that each of us is a part of the family of God and contribute to the mission of the church in our own ways, like individual pieces of a puzzle. We're thankful for the Vance family who have added their pieces in special ways to this puzzle in there time here and we are excited to see the ways in which our newest members each contribute their piece and help us grow together.
Sunday is Justin Vance's last day with us. He has accepted a position at a new church. Be sure to come to church and thank Justin and family for all they've done for us here at St. Mark's and wish them well on their new adventure!
